Links disappearing from google

Hi,

I have a question regarding how google actually processes the blog links after indexing them. I see that some of my blog entries are quite quickly (in about 1 or 2 minutes) added to google index. (I know that is quiet normal for a blog), but my problem is that I see traffic immediately for my indexed links. Sometimes those links are removed from google index as soon as they are added.

Why does this happen?

I am sure I did not copy from anywhere and is 100% unique content with no link to bad neighborhood.
My blog has a Page rank of 3 and is 1.5 months old.

Do you think that my site has some kind of penalty?
I am also noticing that (with the help of google analytics and webmaster tools) that sometimes I receive traffic for highly competent search terms, but dies off very fast. Is it normal?

I look at google webmaster tools and jot down the list of top 20 occuring keywords. one particular keyword held 27% impression rate for my site and is said to occupy the 5th or 6th position. but when I searched for that term (in google.com and google.co.in)I cant find it even in the 40th or 50th position. So is google webmaster tools actually giving false data?

The site under question is eBusinessCorporate. I would love to hear from you if you can find any seo negatives I might be doing with my site.

Thanks you and regards
Adarsh
