How small is too small?

and I am confused by one statement.

D) Page Size:
Over 5k and under 10k.

My current homepage is around 2.5k. Is this going to cause some type of issue that I'm not aware of?

Maybe it would be considered to have not enough meaty content? But if it is all text with a couple of pictures then I am guessing it wouldn't be much more than 2kb!

My pages are all about 30kb =0 - this will be changing soon.

That statement is a guide for a 'perfect' text-balanced page. If your pages are usable to your visitors at that size, I would not lose sleep worrying about it.
