how can i successfully move content from one site to another?

without getting penalised for duplicate content in search engines?

I have about 100 articles which i want to move from one domain to an entirely new domain.

what is the best way to do this? Should i set up a no index, no follow tag on the articles and then put the articles on the new domain? or a redirect? help!

For one you have to use 301 redirects from the old pages to the new ones.
