i want know that if take links from different forum Signatures with synthetic keyword , for example "funny widget" or "widget world" or "download widget now" , in this regard can it help me to front page for "widget" in SERPS ?

Forum signatures won't help you much. Some will be "no followed" and even if Google does count them they don't have much weight.

If you did get anchor text like in your example, from a variety of websites, it would help with the singular keyword.

I agree forum signatures won't help much if anything at all - try to get quality links, those are the only links that will do you any good
