Are ther other similar tools out there?

I am a big fan of Overture's Search Term Suggestion Tool, but I am wondering if there are other tools out there that are similar for seeing what search terms are being used - how often, where, etc.

Google has one for their Adwords program located at

Googlesets, labs.google.com/sets is also an interesting way to drill down KW listings.
