SEO and Grid Hosting Platforms

Are there any downsides to grid hosting from an SEO standpoint.

Recently I decided to host one of the larger sites with a reputable hosting company who recently started offering grid hosting as a service.

Grid hosting allows you to leverage on the power of many servers all networked so as to handle increased loads at those times where you need it the most without the expense of setting up your own cluster of load balanced servers.

I'm not sure whether there'd be any SEO implications of such a system but I have reason to believe that there may be and I just wanted to ask the community here for input.

Essentially the IP addresses used are not fixed (ie. non static) so when you ping the domain in question the IP address that it resolves to is constantly changing as the server that is serving up the site may be changing.

My question is whether or not this would have any SEO implications in the eyes of google being that the IP is always changing? Thoughts?

So to answer my own question I was looking at this the wrong way.

The IP addresses that may not be fixed that I mentioned before relate to internal IP's so there's no way for google or other search engines to tell that the site is hosted on a grid.
