Two Domains on Same IP Block

I have two sites (domains), hosted on different IPs (all US). If I move one site in other IP block, both hosting IPs will be same. Will it affect the rankings ? Both sites have completely different contents, different visitor targeting ....

Shouldn't be an issue.

Do you have links pointing to both sites from the same locations? Is there any other overlap you can think of?
