One of my website has 5 subdomains. The www.domain.com itself has only 3 pages. When i exchange links with www.domain.com, will this effect also the subdomains.

One of my websites is a subdomain. The domain is owned by my ISP. I strongly doubt that their activities have any influence on my website's position in search engines.
