I am sure you must have seen this in some websites and I am noticing increase of this technique. It's about putting tags and keywords on page with different font sizes and/or color. Is there a particular name for it and how is this effective in SEO?

Upto my knowledge these tags have nothing to do in the seo world

I hate to see pages with tag cloud in them.

... but some mention they do have SEO advantages [webmasterworld.com].
