Need Help Submitting Site to Seach Engines

I just started a website . I'm new to the world of webhosting and would like some tips or marketing ideas to get my name on the internet for as little moeny as possible. I recently discovered that it is possible to avoid paying for search engine optimization by submitting pages to certain engines. If anyone knows good resources to submit my sites, please send me links. Otherwise your advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Well, you should probably take your URLs out of your post, it's usually frowned upon here.

Anyway, to submit your sites to search engines effectively... get links from other sites. That's the only trick. Don't bother with the "Submit your Site" forms on the SEs themsleves it is not as effective.
