how can i find harmful outgoing links

I've done some serious link trading in past years, and I want to know if any of them are hurting my PR. I'm curious if there is a tool that will look at all of my outgoing links and report if any are linking to graybarred sites. I don't want to have to do this manually.. any suggestions?

What I might do if in need of such info is to get a programmer to write a simple script to follow and log outbound links and note associated G TBPR of the target page with the link record. :)
