I have a fledgling blog that is gaining readership. I recently discovered a source for very cheap, untargetted traffic. Is there any value in this? Do any others here have experience with remnant traffic?

My 2 cents: Depends entirely on how cheap it is, what your objectives are short and long term, and depending upon your objectives, the ROI. In many cases, a slight loss or break-even is fine in the early going, as you build up awareness and links.
