How well is it ranking organically for the broad array of keywords it could and should rank for?

How is conversion on the site relative to industry norms for the monetization approaches being used?

Are there related areas of business which could be addressed by the site, that are not currently being addressed, that would make sense to the user if added to the site?

Have you done any marketing to date? What kind?
