In using the Google Webmaster Tools:Pages with External Links, which is a table provides a list of external pages that link to somedomain. I've noticed that our competitors show up in there. I don't know why they do or that it's such a bad thing.

I know which page their linking too but I cannot find any reference to my domain when I view the source code for the page that Google is telling me is linking to our site. Make sense?

How can I find out EXACTLY what on their site is linking to mine?

have a look in the source code for a link to an external javascript. and then put the URL of that script in your browser. your link might be inside that.
people do that because they don't think search engines follow javascript links

A. Use Yahoo!?

Google does not tell you accurately who links to you; some say that webmaster tools gives a reliable figure - but if that fails you, use the Yahoo! search engine: on a good day, it can tell you EXACTLY what on their site is linking to you. As has been said, once you have the URL, view the source code for details.

I think the OP sees the linking page; just can't find the link back to his site, even looking in the source code. ;-)
