How to best use free hosting accounts for SEO for other sites?

Hi folks,

I have accumulated many free hosting accounts over the last several years. Each free hosting account has my host's banner across the top. I want to take advantage of these free hosting accounts, but I'm unsure how best to do it.

I have many other paid hosting accounts for a variety of different websites, some of which are ecommerce sites. I would like to make these free accounts contain content that is SEO optimized to specifically target my existing sites.

Can anyone here offer any opinions or advice on what content might be useful (or not useful) to put up on these free sites?

I imagine they have little to no value for seo and your time would be better spent elsewhere.

Thanks for the reply, but nothing? Really? That's too bad. I would have thought they would be good for something. What about a "directory" of sorts with links to my ecommerce stores using keywords for the various products?
