One of my websites, which sells a health product targets several (non saturated) key phrases for traffic, and has seen very substantial revenue. The product makes claims that are for a number of uses, and has been plagued by the same. People relay the product can't be that good if it works for so many things. They want something that targets what they have (naturally).
In response, I decided to do some testing. I created a system to display pages containing targeted information based on what a user was searching for. IE: someone searched on google for "XYZ", then clicked my adwords link, the page shown was for my same product, only everything including the literature and graphics was tailored to how well the product works on "XYZ". Basic marketing, yes.
The new conversion rates were about double. Proving the theory worked. Now I would like to take it to the next level. Here are my thoughts, and my post question is, will the following conflict with G TOS in any way?
Build several websites, each catering to the top key phrases I have proved. Layouts differing ever so slightly. Content quite a bit different for each url, as information on that health problem will be unique for each. Inside the content, provide a anchored text links to the other sites in order to boost page rank and account for any users on the site that had searched for "X" keyword, but really had "Y" health complications.
All of the domain names will point to the same server, just use different folders to house each of the sites. Other than the text links that link them together as http links, there will be nothing shared between them. No two pages will be identical, however may be close.
Very basic development/marketing issues, its just the TOS that I am unfamiliar with and would like an experts opinion on before moving forward.
Thank you,
