Advertising Without Google or Yahoo

I'm looking to spend about $1,000 per month to advertise a successful service that is geared toward webmasters. I already use Google and Yahoo PPC and want to expand my business.

Has anyone had any success with other types of advertising? A new customer for me is worth about $100, so I need advertising that converts about 1 customer per $50 spent in advertising. The target audience is anyone promoting their own website.

Affiliation programs are your friend.
There are different possibility such as pay per click, pay per lead, pay per order...
Can't mention name here so do some specific searches for "affiliation + your targeted country" or "affiliation + your targeted keywords"
