We are a webdesign firm just getting into PPC, as we see it as an intergal part of selling websites. I'm just getting my feet wet with it. I don't really know how much to charge for it, because at least right now, it takes A LOT of time. I'm hoping with time, I can better judge the time involvment, and learn what to charge for the service. Any advise in that regards would be helpful!

My main question here though is, how do you finance PPC campaigns for clients?
-Do you charge it to your own account and then invoice the customer?
-Do you collect money from the customer first, and then run the campaign?
-Do you just use the customers credit card info in your google account? (I don't even know if this is an option, especially when you have multiple accounts.)

Thanks in advance for your help. I apologize if the topic has been discussed here, but I was unable to locate it in a search.
