I have a website, and I have an ease of getting about 3,000 hits a day, but I can't turn these people into member, is my capture strategy need revamping?

Think about your design & content first - if people are coming to your website then your "capture" strategy *literally understood* is working just fine. Probably your site's description is attractive enough but what happens after that? Probably visitors simply don't find your site's design, and what is much more important, your content worth signing up to...Think about it very carefully. And good luck!
