How to add a unique Title tag for each wordpress post?

Hi,

I'd appreciate some help, I am new to word press and have been playing with it for a few weeks.

I optimized the title and description tags for the blog, but this appears for every single page if I understand it correctly.

The pages I create are perma-linked to .htm files as well.

And here's my question, I'm looking to optimize each page from my wordpress blog by having a unique title tag for each post that I make. Is this even possible?

Look for wordpress plugins to fix this. Just search google for wordpress plugins. Maybe add title tags or meta tags to the search. There are several out there that do it.
