opt-in newsletter service.any limits on recipients?
How many newsletters can i send?

At what point should I worry that my recipient list is too large? It is an opt-in newsletter (NOT spam), but I thought that there was a number that would get flagged by most providers (1,000?)

If it's a real newsletter that users want, not spam in disguise, put it on an RSS feed. Then the users who really want it can get it.
