how can I create sponsored liked web site (not adsense)? any idea? I see them all the time with misspelled domains, parked domains etc. thank you in advacne.

If I have it right, it sounds like you're referring to a PPC landing page. Is that correct? They are often associated with misspelled domains and the sorts of things you mentioned.
If you're not sure, these pages are typically filled only are almost only with links provided by feeds from the search engines, and are rather simple and templated in appearance.
