I am looking for a bulk email campaign that is reliable, trackable, and slides past most filters. Please email me with information.

That was not the question but to answer it, yes it works. We sold over 500 units of viagra for three straight weeka but now the company that does the emails is out of business.

So...again, does anyone have information on a good bulk email program?

I presume you are looking for web-based and not desk top. Try Vertical Response or JangoMail. I use them both. Campaign Enterprise looks nice but too expensive for me to bother trying out. Lyris get great reviews but is also pricey.

Thanks. Where do you find these reviews on email programs?

Obviously it works...that is why they continue to run these campaigns.

They wouldn't continue to use this method if it wasn't successful.

Doug, I am not here to argue. they were shut down for sending out 50 million emails over and over by their web host. Stick to the subject.

This is the only advertising my buddy does and he owns a leer jet.

Lots of money to be made.

Lear jet ;)

Alex - I use the two I recommended - don't know how they would take to the volume you do, though. I have seen Lyris recommended here frequently, but it is too pricey for me.

My buddy has a leer jet too. And MY buddy's leer jet is better than YOUR buddy's leer jet :P

they were shut down for sending out 50 million emails over and over

Darn. Hope I see the effects in my inbox :)

On a more serious note:

They wouldn't continue to use this method if it wasn't successful.

Or just successful enough. I don't think people like Alex are making the kind of money they used to. I'd be interested to know for sure and to what extent. I'm guessing that there is so much spam not because it's so effective, but because some people aren't bright enough to pursue a more creative, effective marketing plan and the new guys just don't know any better. They think just like agerhart - "There is so much of it, it must be successful". I wonder what their conversion rate is. Maybe you can help me with this Alex. How many millions of emails did you have to send out to get those 500 orders?

Anyhow keep up the good work. I hope those 500 units are enough to keep you happy because I'd rather see your spam in my inbox than in my SERPS. Of course, you'd actually have to be willing to WORK to get there :) Not to mention bright and creative.

I do as many forms of advertising as possible including SEO.

I sent out 50 million emails at $500 anf got about 2000 sales at $150 a pop.

The guy with the Leer Jet just biought a race car called Stamina-Ex.

You won't find much help here: most people here are STRONGLY against spam.

Then you want it to 'slide past filters'. Now, there is a problem, if it slides past filters, you need to have spelling mistakes, false return addresses, faked headers (possible) and the list goes on. Any email like that - I don't look at twice. Delete.

You will get complaints. Complaints against spam are rising. You will get shut down again.

you do get complaints but everything else is not a problem.

So spam is still profitable? I'll have to stop deleting it and resume sending complaints to the spammer's web host and business partners.
