How much is the (keyword) limit?

Finding the threshold for over-optimizing to be considered as spam.

Trying to optimize my pages, I've come across the idea that it might be possible to over-optimize the pages and thus be considered as spam, does anyone know what to do and what NOT to do?

Like a certain % not to exceed depending on the ammount of text.

Of course I suppose repeating the same word over and over is bad. But what if it appeared a few times in a paragraph?

Or if the site is about wallpapers thus have keywords but little text?

Any other tips would help.

Yes, but its a scientific method of increasing position.
The only 'legit' service is one that uses ethical practices.
