tips for Business Development in SEM

Hi

i'm pretty new to this SEM world.. learning day by day..
have been assigned with a task to get atleast 10 clients for my Co. (Online marketing co.) in a month from finance domain..

i've the database.. however, how shud i convince them?

your new to sem and your company is asking you to get 10 new clients in a month. good luck.
You need to know your stuff to convince people to take your services. Would you give your busines to someone who you weren't 100% sure could manage it well? I know i wouldn't.

You need to have a plan of what to say to them and know it well, make sure you sound confident the whole way through. This sometimes can be the biggest thing. You could know nothing about a topic but if you have the confidence and talk well, you can convince most people about anything.

Thanks for ur valuable suggestions..

as of now i've the overview of every thing..however, do not know much about the technicalities..
I'm doing cold calling for the data base i've.. few of the clients did ask for the proposals..
I should not say that, however I'm not able to gain the confidence.. Please help me with this..
