Does it matter where in the title of a page a keyword is?

Example: Page 1 Title: My website department prodcut Page 2 Title: Product department my website When "product" is search in a search engine, which of the pages will be ranked higher? does it matter where in title the keyword is? Thanks Moshe

Put the keyword first, and follow with other information.
For example, "Red widgets from Acme Corporation" is better than "Acme Corporation's Red Widgets."
