Best way to put keywords into url?

Its recommended to put keywords into your url pages. Im wondering if one way is better than the other.

[xxx.com...]
[xxx.com...]
[xxx.com...]
[xxx.com...]

Anyone had any experience/testing of this?

Hi Andy_S - I'd guess most people would recommend the [xxx.com...] format - this thread [webmasterworld.com...] covers the same topic.
