Is it really usefull to submit to rss feeds submission pages? Or similar to search engines with no traffic you just waste your time?

RSS seems useful if you want to push news, offer and other useful information to your customers/visitors, it is great way to generate good content to your site. Just check on which page you should syndicate it and really you need it otherwise your customer may confuse if they are not aware of it.

If you have regular visitors, or feel that you may lose visitors because of an irregular updating on your site then RSS may be for you.
The key is to make them come back to your site having read your feed.
