How can we check link popularity for the web sites? Several free link popularity check software can be seen but exact methods for this calculation can't find.If anybody know how to calculate link popularity, please inform and discuss.

Calculating linkpop - you would have to know the parameters then. You can of course calculate linkpop using your own formula, but that very likely will not coincide with what Google or ATW or any other engine uses.
Unfortunately they don't give out their formulas.

If you want to know sheer number of links, Google shows some of them but numerically you'll do better to check at alltheweb.com for the actual ones out there.

The value assigned to them by the search engines is, as heini said, not something you'll be able to know.
