Where do we need to submit to get into MSN?

MSN is fed by many various providers, lots of ppc, pfi companies. (looksmart,inktomi ect).

In other words you need to get into looksmart or inktomi to get listen in MSN. If you have a non profit website you can apply to Zeal directory and get listed. Then you may get into MSN for free. Otherwise you need to pay.

If there are several links from other sites to your site, then you can also wait (especially if you don't make that much money with your site) and eventually your site will also be indexed for free.

Yeah, but isn't it just ignored? I submitted my site 4 months ago - I can't find it even when doing domain search.

Yeah, I know I saw this notice there.
What I mean to say - experiencewise has anybody managed to put their web sites through that to MSN serps?
I haven't.
