What if I change my IP and DNS?

Will changing my web site IP addresses and DNS harm search engine ratings?

We are considering moving to a new hosting provider, will the change in IP addresses and DNS server have a negative impact on our rankings in Google, etc? If anyone could share their knowledge or experiences on the matter it would be greatly appreciated.
