What do you use to create a ranking report for you clients?

What tools do you use?

I need a good tool that will search multiple engines and then spit out the data so can put it into excel. Currently using 1-click0rankings a free piece of software by CEO. It does what I want but I can't get the data out!

Thanks guys

There has been a ton of discussion on reporting software here in the forums. Seems as though most folks use custom software or Web Position. This search @ google will bring up any discussion related to Web Position.

Hope this helps. It seems as though everyone has a differing opinion on ranking software..read those threads and come to your own conclusion..I know that WPG will spit out reports which you can either send to your clients or upload to your server.

Watch out, though... Ranking softwares, particularly those that automatically query Google, can get your IP banned.

One thing that I would suggest is using additional methods to judge the success of your search initiatives. Ranking is not the only part of the puzzle... there is also # of search referrals, etc...

I think analyzing the raw stats from the server can help in analyzing which keywords have been driving the most traffic.

For sure they are well indexed and maybe TOP positioned in the search engines.

I couldn't even guess the keywords which drived a lot of traffic to my SEO website. Something like 60 hits an hour. I am happy.
