Should a 2 languages website be submitted twice for each SE or directory? The content is the same but of course in different languages.

www.widgets.com.ar (spanish)
www.widgets.com.ar/english/ (english)

?

If not, what about the keywords? How it will be accepted in english SE?

Runining a subdomain would help?

someting.widgets.com.ar (english)?

I prefer to create a separate domain.
yourcompany.ar

yourcompany-eng.ar or perhaps better: yourcompany.com for the english site.

No need to submit, really, to the search engines because if they have inbound links they'll be found. Definitely do different submissions to directories, like yahoo and dmoz.

Thank you! However I don't plan to buy a .com in this case. Will it be accepted anyway if content is in english?

Do you know where to find an extensive list of Directories?
Directories:

1-Yahoo
2-Dmoz
3-?
4-?
