Are Subdomains treated as different websites for submissions?

May I submit sub.domain; domain; and sub2.domain?

Hello,

Someone already told in this forums something similar:
My hosting gives me subdomains for free, so Can I run different websites (same theme) and submit to SE as different websites? Will Google and other major search engines accept it?

The case (again) is a hotels site. Since the main site is about hotels, what about creating several subdomains refering to main destinations and submit it as different sites? Because for most of users the primary importance is on it's place or destination.

IE: www.somehotelssite.com
paris.somehotels.site.com
rome.somehotelssite.com

People who wants to go to Rome will find easily rome.somehotelssite.com....

May I submit rome.somehotelssite.com as a website in some regional category and paris in other?

And my main site in Tourism>Travel>etc...?

What do you say?

Yes, you can submit this.domain.com as a separate website. Google will treat it as a different one too.
