I've searched, but cant seem to find the exact answer I'm looking for. So here's my question:

What is the best way to prevent Googlebot from killing your PR if you have a bunch of moved pages?

Is it best to just find out what pages Googlebot is looking for and create a page with some kind of redirect? Anyone that can refer me to example code would be a great help! :)

The best thing is to set up permanent redirects for each page whose URL has changed. Googlebot will follow these server redirects with no problem.

Take a look here for instructions:

[webmasterworld.com...]

which describes how to do it on both Apache and IIS. SEs will have no problem following the 301 redirect, and you shouldn't lose ranking. There are many other threads on WebmasterWorld that cover the same topic. Try doing a site search on "301 redirect."
