In my understanding the 1st domain seems better for the search engine and the 2nd domain seems better for us humans.
Any ideas or feedback will be greatly appreciated?
The two domains are:
A) Keyword1Keyword2GenericWord.com
B) Keyword1XY.com
X => the first alphabet of Keyword2
Y => the first alphabet of GenericWord
The sizes of the words are:
Keyword1: 4 alphabets
Keyword2: 13 alphabets
GenericWord: 4 alphabets
see it this way - if google were to advertise themselves as joohoodle offline - wouldnt you be damn confused...?
the domain name keyword thing isnt so important as to develop your whole course of action over it - take the second domain, and perhaps build a small 'funnel site' with the first to grab net visitors and point them to your page...

In particular on the web, it should be easy to type.
I would even look for another name since it is proven that names with combinations of letters and numbers are difficult to type/remember.
Can you remember one of these Canadian zipcodes? (H1N7TP5 for instance....).
If you just want to get search traffic and do the sale immediately, perhaps the longer name wouldn't be that bad. (Actually, even in this case i would take the shorter name)
If you want to build a legitimate profitable business with repeat sales or referrals, you should take the shorter one.
