i have many afiliates who give link to my site.
they use traking code of course.
i thought that if i would have few handreds sites pointing to my site - my page rank will go up.
but now i realize they each pointing to a different url (same domain but with different tracking code)
what can i do about it?

thank you

Why don't you type a polite letter telling them where you would like them to link and asking why they link to sub-domains. Save it and send it to all them. Could be they are linking like that to stay as close to their content as possible.
Otherwise I have no idea what you could do:(

the afiliated have to use tracking code. so they would have a link on their site, to my domain, with an affiliate ID attached to it.
they will not remove the tag. that how they get their commision.
i wonder if google care about the tag or just about the domain before the tag?

The job of your affiliates is to send visitors to your site via their sites/efforts.

It is not their job to increase your site's placement in the search engine listings, and in fact is counterproductive for them as they are effectively helping you to compete with them.

I would suggest you focus on creating a cooperative relationship with your affiliates rather than a competitive one.

If you want to increase your site's PR, do it the old fashioned way, by hunting out quality links, and forget about using your affiliates' links for this purpose.

Agree with deejay. It won't work anyway, because those affiliate links with the tracking codes don't pass PR to the page you really want to boost.
