Another thing about banning (or getting banned)..
Does Google ban pages, or sites? URLs or domains? If a domain is banned, do I guess right all subdomains get banned as well?

Hi pawel,

Most people will not be able to give you a definitive answer, however, here's my 2 cents.

Pages are penalised not banned. (Penalisation might just be ignore the page and nothing more).
Domains are banned. (I'm not sure whether this would include subdomains. I'm guessing not but have no proof).

Chris,
thanks.
>penalization might just be ignore the page and nothing more
You mean lowering your PR to 0, right? And as PR is a multiplier which eventually determines
the page's "scoring", you end up showing up *LAST* in SERP..
I read (on this site, matter-of-fact) people's stories about getting their PR lowered, and in fact it looks like if it happens, applies to the whole site-
it's that if GG people find out anything that occurs suspicious to them, they scrutinize the whole site and either let it go, or penalize it all (whole site, not just page)
Anyway, hopefully I won't be facing this sort of problems.
