DC.Coverage.PlaceName

I have seen a meta like this.

<META NAME="DC.Coverage.PlaceName" CONTENT="New York">

I have looked for information on it but I cannot find an explantion and description for it that I can understand.

Any help?

I think this is a Dublin Core Meta Tag

[dublincore.org...]

AFAIK these are not used (yet) by search engines but are a standard for future reference.
