I'm running my own small online business. In the past few years I learnt a lot about SE, optimizing ... I realized that I'm not so bad with SEO. Ie, for some keywords (important to me) I have (in Google) nice positions (every month better).
I'm thinking now to work a little like SEO, but I have no idea how to aproach this. Are there some rules?
Ie if someone ask to do SEO for site with 10 pages for 10 keywords, how much money should I ask? Does SEO do all the job (change pages, search for where can some links can be exchanged...) or just give a report about what should be changed? ...
Thanks,
Majstor

Not really. You'll find that SEO pricing is all over the map. For a site the size you described, you could probably find offers from $200 or so to over $2000 -- but part of the difference will be exactly what work is being done, as you touched on: what does "do SEO for a site" mean?
In some cases, it is just a description of what should be done, and the client does the work. In some cases, it's creating and uploading new pages. Sometimes it might mean only optimizing on-page elements, sometimes it might mean working on links. Sometimes it might be identifying link sources, sometimes it might be actually soliciting the links, and placing the reciprocal link on your client's site.
So, if you're going to do SEO for pay, you'll pretty much be able to define for yourself what the scope of your services is going to be.
