Hello Everyone,

We recently switched web hosts-just before the switch we were seeing a nice bounce in traffic, sales now it has dropped off, could the switch have had a temp. effect?
How long before Google crawls again?
Thanks!

Well, they usually crawl just after the update which should be soon.

I switched a large, heavy traffic site to a new host in January with no ill effects.

When did you make the switch?

Hi australiangirl,

It is recommended that you leave a copy of the old site on the previous IP for at least a month so that the googlebot can update its DNS, but that said and done!

Each day the freshbot trawls the web, and the deepbot should be coming out again very soon (after the next google-dance).
