Submitting to Search Engines

What are the best search engines to manually submit to?

I realize Google is a must and have a grasp on what PFI's I need to submit to but what basic submissions are a must?

Yahoo!
Fast (all the web)
INk (especialy after recent events)
AV (you can try for a freebie)

As many topical smaller directories as possible.
