Why the 0 PR?

I have an informational site that also serves as somewhat of a gateway (that's not its main function, but it does provide some traffic to us). I have another web site similar to it that covers another topic, and it received a PR 5 with only 1 or 2 inbound links.

However, this site has been visited by the Googlebot - it went through every single page on the site, and then left. I have a PR of 0 and searches on Google don't register anything unless I specifically type in the domain name, and even then, it doesn't seem to have any of the content.

I don't even do cloaking on this domain - can anyone spot a reason as to why Google wouldn't like it?

naturesflavors:
How are you confirming that your page is in the index?

This should pull out all indexed pages for the domain:
site:www.yourdomain.com "+www.yourdomain.+com"

For further great reading start with the Everflux:
[webmasterworld.com...]
[webmasterworld.com...]

Yup, it's there:

At least the first page is there. Nothing else, though.

Still PR 0 and according to my logs, Google's been through every page on my site repeatedly. Grrr. I'm baffled.
