How to get Dynamic Content Found in Google

Hi there!

I work for a news magazine. We provider our articles in this way: www.site.de/artikel.php?id=1234 .
But none of our articles can be found at google.

Now my question is:
Would these articles be found if they didn't look like dynamic content?
We also could do links like this:
www.site.de/artikel/12345 .

I hope anyone has an answer for me, if it is worth the work to get our articles on google (and other search engines of course ;-) ).

Your alternative would be better, yet Google seems to index most php page with only one variable in the query string.

Stop in when you can, there is much more here than search engine marketing.

There was a suggestion that Google might be particularly wary of variables called 'id' in case they were session ids.
