If your website is cached with google, is it guaranteed to get rechecked for an update? I had set my Meta-revisit to 30 days, but apparently most search engines don't pay any attention to this?
A major update on one of my websites has not yet been refreshed in the google cache and it has been over a month since the update was made.
This is frustrating because I had made modifications to the key words which I was hoping would boost my ratings. Any ideas or is it just a question of time?

The update is fast approaching so Maybe after that shakes out you will see your changes indexed. It could just have been a little late for the last update if it was around a month ago.
