Could someone please help me with a true SE newbie question about PR's

I see all kind of posts referring to PR5 as good and beyond is great.

QUESTION #1- Where does one find these numbers to determine:

A: where my site is in terms of PR?

B: where others are in term of linking with them?

PR - PageRank. Get the google toolbar and turn on the advanced feature set. A little green bar will show on the toolbar.

linking: use the google command "link:www.yourdomain.com" to find the sites that link to you.
