Can anyone tell me some really secret techniques or neat techniques that i can apply on my website and get ranked higher in google? except meta tags, content and link popularity?

Spending an hour or two a day here and reading alot is probably the best kept secret. Site search helps alot.

Other than this... most "paid for" secrets will get you in trouble.

Anohter problem with google page rank. Something strange happened to my site <snip>.. I have chaged it a time ago and my PR fell from 6 to 4 and in link pages is now PR 0. Can anyone explain me why?

I see a pagerank of 4 and 252 incoming links from here! It's difficult to guess why you've gone from pr6 to pr4, there are so many factors involved in pagerank.
You shouldn't worry much about it though. Concentrate on content first of all, and then work on link popularity.

And make sure to check who YOU are linking to. People say pagerank might suffer if you link to a lot of sites with lower pagerank than yourself. Make sure to have only outgoing links that are of use to your visitors. And don't link to a "fishy" site that you suspect might be trying to spam search engines.

Nonsense. :)

People also "say" that it's bad luck to have a black cat cross your path.

The only harm that can come from linking to a low PR site is if they are penalized.

There are thousands of sites which link to hundreds of very low PR pages, yet have very high PR themselves.

thanks... will check my links. PR fall (6->4) is not that think that is so uncool, this can happen.. What is bloody strange is that PR falls from 4 to 0 when I come to the link index.
