links and spiders

I just tried the spider simulator and it listed my links in the form:
http*//info.htm
I tried to follow these links but wasn't able to, is the spider? I changed the links to the from [example.com...]
Is this correct?

Hi rookie, welcome to Webmaster World.

If the site you are talking about is the same one as your profile email, then yes, it looks like your revised links are showing up now in the Sims spider output. From what I can tell, that means that your links can be followed by the robots.
