I believe your own server logs (if you have access and log the referrers) would be the best method.

Or you could use a third party statistics program such as [addfreestats.com ]

Otherwise you could try link:site in various search engines.

There are also sites that do the link:check in the engines for you such as [linkpopularitycheck.com ]

hiya

you can type link:www.yourdomain.com into Google to check links. Be aware though that Google will only show links with PR4 and over.

You can use the same link: command in most other search engines, and they won't be restricted by 'PR' (it's a Google thing), so if you pick another big engine or two and check them you should get a good idea (I like to check a couple just to make sure I'm not missing any that a particular engine hasn't spidered yet).

There are many scripts on the net that checks different search engines like:
[linkpopularitycheck.com ]
[marketleap.com ]

The one I always use because it checks the most search engines:
[widexl.com ]

Thanks Guys,
I know I have more than 20 links right now but I just started 2 days ago but from the sites you recomended I'm not showing any links....

Is it too soon to check?

Two days is too soon.

Google is starting to show the links to your site when the big update is starting (when Google have re-index the pages where your links is). It can take longer with other search engines.

When does Google index and how often?

Usually at the end of each month. But they crawl sites during the whole month, not only during an update. It is also possible to get new pages into the index any time during a month.

Google might not show links even if you know you have them. It depends on the pagerank of the pages that link to your site. It most certainly depends on other factors too. You might find this thread interesting:
