An appeals court has upheld the right of a former Playboy Playmate to use the trademarked "Playboy" moniker on her own Web site, and endorsed a lower court's ruling two years ago that allowed Terri Welles to advertise her association with the entertainment giant through HTML meta tags...But a three-judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals agreed Friday that Welles' references to her former title - including the HTML meta tags - represented "fair use" of the Playboy name.

Guess not. I would love to see a current example of a site getting a better ranking than another similar one by spamming the keyword tag though :)
